How To Use This Site:
Alumni Listings: Click on any given year to view classmates from that year. If you discover outdated or invalid information about a classmate and you are in touch with that individual, please drop them a line and let them know to visit the site and fill out a new information submission form. Unfortunately, because this site does not offer log-in capabilities, there is no way to verify authenticity of the individual providing information, so it is important that you help out your fellow classmates whenever necessary. Please note that in July 2010 personal biographical information was removed from the website. To learn more about what your fellow classmates are up to, it will be necessary to connect with them through email or via various social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, etc. Next to each individual's name, you will find various ways in which to contact the classmate. See icon key below (also provided at the bottom of each classmate page for your convenience). Note that if you click on a link to one's MySpace or Facebook profile, you will need to have your own account in order to connect with that individual online. You can then request to be friends with that person if interested. With Twitter, you may or may not need to make a request, as some individuals make their tweets public and others keep theirs private. As for LinkedIn, it is more of a networking tool for professionals than a social networking utility, so only request to connect to someone through LinkedIn if you want to establish a professional rapport (even if you were drinking buddies back in the day). Save the reminiscing for MySpace and Facebook. If you discover any broken links, please notify the webmaster, providing the classmate's name and the links that are not working.

Classmate Directory: Classmates are sorted by last name and now include email address and last date updated with each alumnus. If you are planning a class reunion and would like for the webmaster to run a report of the email addresses of classmates in your graduation year, please send an email. Submit Your Info: FPCAlumni.com relies on self-submitted information from alumni, which means that the quality of this site is only as good as the content that YOU provide! On the same note, do not provide information that you do not want to include on the website. It is strongly recommended that you keep your personal safety in mind when you submit information to be posted on this site. Keep in mind that all submissions are added to the site by the webmaster, by hand (nothing is automated), therefore, it may take a few days before your information shows up on the website. Please check back to review your information and let the webmaster know if there are any revisions/corrections you would like made. The webmaster reserves the right to edit all information submitted for appropriateness of content and grammar/spelling. If you attempt to post anything that is obscene, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, it will not be added to the website. Sign/View Guestbook: Some individuals prefer to add information to the guestbook instead of the form. You may sometimes find additional classmates in the guestbook. If you want to tell your former classmates anything, the guestbook is the best place to do this since the website no longer includes biographical information. Please keep in mind that the guestbook may be edited for appropriateness of content as well, but will not be edited for grammar/spelling. Relevant Links: These are links that are directly related to the Flagler Palm Coast High School alumni community. Message boards, groups on MySpace, Facebook, etc., websites for class reunions, etc. are included here. If you have a business that you want to promote, a link can be included in your listing (i.e., not in this section of the website). If you have suggestions for links to add to this page, please email the webmaster. Make a Donation: This site is funded at the webmaster's personal expense, which include hosting fees and the time involved. Please consider making a donation via PayPal to help defray these expenses. Simply log into your PayPal account, click on Send Money, and send to email address "webmaster@fpcalumni.com", indicate that you are sending money for Services/Other. Donors will receive recognition on the FPCAlumni.com website. |
About the Webmaster Alicia (Thompson) Smyth graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1991. In 1998, she created the FPC Class of 1991 website as a way to keep in touch with old friends and let everyone else know what everyone else was up to. Soon, the website caught on with other classes, and was expanded to include them, hence, FPCAlumni.com was born. She has been running the site for over ten years now, and has redesigned it several times to continually improve classmates' experience on the site. It is a labor of love, as it has been a personal cost of time and money that she keeps up this endeavor. She will, however, continue to do it for as long as people use it and find it helpful. |
